Can Naruto Use All Chakra Natures?
Yes and no, depending exactly when in the story you mean — the verdict table.
Only with borrowed power, and only late in the story. Naruto’s own natural affinity is Wind Release alone, confirmed by the chakra paper test. By the end of the series, Six Paths Sage Mode gives him functional access to all five basic natures plus Yin–Yang Release — but that’s granted power from Hagoromo Ôtsutsuki, not something he trained into or was born with.

The Verdict, Arc by Arc
Original series and early Shippuden. Naruto has not yet undergone nature transformation training at all — the Rasengan he knows is pure shape transformation with no element attached.
Post chakra-paper test, mid-Shippuden. Confirmed Wind Release, trained through the leaf-cutting and waterfall exercises. No other natural affinity at this point.
Fourth Great Shinobi War. By drawing on individual tailed beasts’ chakra, he produces Lava Release (from Son Gokū) and Magnet Release (from Shukaku) — kekkei genkai combinations he has no personal affinity for, accessed only through borrowed chakra.
Six Paths Sage Mode, war’s end onward. Hagoromo’s power gives him all five basic natures plus Yin–Yang Release. His Truth-Seeking Balls are themselves composed of all five natures. This is the only point where “yes” is accurate, and even then it’s granted, not trained.
Boruto era. His own natural affinity never changes. What changes across the whole timeline is what he can access with outside help, not what he was born with.
The distinction that resolves the question
An affinity is what your own chakra naturally becomes; it’s wind, permanently. Access is what you can produce with help from an external source; by the war’s end, that’s everything. Both are true depending on which one the question is actually asking — which is why “can he?” gets a different answer depending on the year in the timeline you mean.
