Plan your week

Be honest about the minutes. A plan you keep beats a plan that looks impressive.

Tell it how many minutes you genuinely have and how many days a week is realistic, and it lays out the week. Sessions are spread rather than stacked at the front — three sessions land Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, not Monday to Wednesday, because an every-other-day rhythm is the one people keep past the second week.

Every session gets a named practice drawn from your chosen focus and preferred style, so you are never sitting down wondering what to do. Rest days are printed as part of the plan rather than left blank, because a week with four empty rows reads as failure and a week with four rest days reads as a plan.

Be honest with the minutes field. Ten minutes done four times beats thirty minutes intended once.

What this needs next

The two things that most reliably turn a plan into a habit are a dedicated place to sit and something to track it on that is not your phone.
